Serves 2 as a main course or 4 side salads.
1can MILLER’S SELECT or SEA FARE CRAB MEAT (drained)
2-3 ripe tomatoes, medium large
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
2 tsp. capers, drained
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco sauce
(lemon wedges for garnish)
Lettuce leaves or spring greens
Drain crab meat and set aside. Wash tomatoes and lettuce, set aside. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Gently fold in crab meat. Slice tomatoes and place on top of lettuce. Top tomatoes with crab salad. Garnish with lemon.
